I built this service because I am my own ideal client.
I'm Abbie - a virtual assistant and social media manager for established wellness business owners. I work with therapists, coaches, studio owners and practitioners who are brilliant at what they do, but stretched thin by everything else that running a business demands.
I understand your world from the inside. I'm a midlife woman, juggling work and family life, actively prioritising my own wellbeing. I know what it feels like to have too much to do and not enough headspace to do any of it well - and I know what a difference the right support makes.

How long does the whole process take?
We'll have our 60-minute strategy call first, and your content will be created and delivered to your Trello board within the agreed timeframe after that. You'll be able to start posting straight away - no waiting until everything is finished.
Will it actually sound like me?
Yes - that's the whole point of the strategy call. I take time to understand how you speak, what you care about and how you talk about your work before a single word is written. My clients regularly tell me the content sounds more like them than the posts they write themselves.
I'm not great with tech - will I be able to use the Trello board?
Absolutely. The walkthrough video covers everything you need to know. And if you get stuck, I'm here. This is designed to be as straightforward to use as possible.
